Fantastic service from Andy! I’m warmly recommending him. In fact, I found him from online recommendations and I have to say people were right! I contacted him late in the evening to change my lock as I had lost a key (still had a spare), and he replied the same evening. Next morning he was at my door at the agreed time, changed the lock in no time, and with a number of spare keys as I had requested. He was also very helpful answering my questions about safety and locks. Can pay cash or card. Smooth! Thank you Andy!

I found Andy via a job I posted on Checkatrade, to help with fixing a broken lock on our bathroom window, which meant damp was building up! Andy was not only the first to come back to me on the job, but his communication throughout was brilliant! He attended to do a reccy of the job and then explained clearly that we needed new parts as the components had corroded in the window. Andy said he would be back 3 days later to sort. He ordered the parts and he arrived early today to fix it! Everything perfect! Fantastic guy with great communication and fair price - highly recommend his services!

Back door mechanism broke with the door locked. Needed someone fairly promptly. Andy pinged me within a few minutes of posting and arranged to visit the next morning. A really personable chap that loves his job. No fuss, no mess, went above and beyond and left with everything being fully fixed and cleaned. Both barrel and mechanism needed replacing and he dropped the price because of this. He’s in my contacts list for the next time anyone says ‘do you know a good locksmith’. 10/10.
